Applications ARE LIVE for 2024! 

The Durham Arts Council is gearing up for another great year of Summer Arts Camp and we are looking for teen volunteers (aged 14 by August 30, 2024 ).

Summer Arts Camp provides teen volunteers the opportunity to assist camp instructors and help kids with visual and performing arts activities. Activities include drawing, painting, dance, theater, chorus, clay, sculpture, mixed media and more! This opportunity provides you with valuable resume building experience and can count towards volunteer requirements that your school may have. 

Those interested must be able to commit to at least one full camp session, complete the electronic application, and submit a letter of recommendation.  When your application materials are all received, you may be emailed to set up a virtual interview.  Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
