Allenton Gallery

 
The Allenton Gallery is a lovely room off the Pavilion on the Main Level of the Durham Arts Council. Behind the glass doors set in the historic building facade, the room is shaped like a "T" with two small wings. Off one wing is a small glassed room that can be used as a gift room, coat room, press room or other semi-private, creative use. With its soft neutral wall and carpet colorings and new art exhibits every few weeks, this unique space is beautiful for receptions, banquets, press conferences, parties, reunions and the like. Also, the Catering Center is just steps away. Use this space in conjunction with the Pavilion for dancing, music and cocktails to create a very special affair.
