PSI Theatre

 
The PSI Theatre is one of the best small performance theatres in the area. It is on the Upper Level of the Durham Arts Council just beyond Semans Gallery. It’s seating capacity is up to 200 stadium style seats that rise above the stage. The floor is a floating marlee dance floor that can be adapted for any use. We have four dressing rooms, two of which are included in the rental price, and the Duke Power Rehearsal Studio can be used as a Greenroom. We also have one full-time Theatre Operations Manager/Technical Director. The professional Tech Booth has a 96 channel light board, 10 channel sound board and spotlight. You also get Semans Gallery with the theatre to hold up to a 1 hour reception, make your ticket sales or have the audience meet the performers. This space is perfect for any performance, pageant, film showing, seminar, lecture, concert, musical performance or recital, play or musical. Costs: $350 per performance with one tech day (rental of theatre includes exclusive use of Semans Gallery)
$25.00 per hour Technical Director
$37.50 per hour Technical Director beyond 8 hours in one day
