Rental Procedures and Policies When you decide to have your event at the Durham Arts Council, we will generate a contract. We can send the contract via email, fax or mail to you for immediate approval, confirmation and signing. At this time we will put a ÒholdÓ on the space for 10 (ten) days to allow you to make a decision. At the end of the hold period, we will release that space to be sold unless a signed contract and deposit is received. At contract signing, we require a 50% deposit, with the balance due 30 days before the event. We accept check or VISA/MasterCard. All cancellations of reservations by Client after DAC has received a signed contract and deposit require written notification. Client understands and agrees to the following refund policy:
